How to rent an e-bike from GoVelo
From dates and riders to check-in, assisted handover and return.
Dates and riders
Choose start and return date and time. For a group, add each rider: height and experience. Submit your request and we confirm availability by email or phone.
Height matching and equipment
We assign CUBE models by height and type (hardtail, full suspension, step-through). Helmet and lock are included; optionally add a bag, phone mount, child seat or trailer.
Logistics, total and confirmation
Choose Turda pickup or delivery. We send a quote with the total, deposit and terms — confirmation is by email or phone before handover.
Assisted handover and return
At handover we adjust the saddle, explain controls and check the battery. On return we inspect the bike and close the booking per the confirmed quote.
What to know beforehand
Booking, cancellation and groups
- Free cancellation up to 48 h before start unless your quote states otherwise.
- Deposit is refunded after equipment inspection on return.
- Up to 8 riders: book online. Over 8, team building, schools or events: dedicated quote with inventory, transport and invoicing.
Large groups and events
For team building, schools, camps or more than 8 riders, send a request via Groups or Contact. We align inventory, transport, handover/return schedule and company or institution invoicing in one quote.
