GoVelo
Pickup and delivery
Handover at GoVelo in Turda or transport to your address.
Pickup in Turda
Standard handover is at GoVelo, Strada General Dragalina 120, Turda. Recommended window 10:00–18:00, with your confirmed booking slot. All riders (or the organiser with documents) arrive after online check-in.
At handover we adjust the saddle, explain the Bosch display, brakes and motor cut-off, check battery and inventory (helmet, lock, accessories). The deposit is recorded before you leave.
Delivery to address
We deliver bikes to hotels, offices, guesthouses or meeting points. We calculate distance, bike count and vehicle access; you receive the transport quote before confirmation.
On delivery we run the same assisted handover as at base. Return can be at the same point or in Turda — set in the booking. For corporate or school groups we schedule a clear unload and reload window.
